RETURN COSTS

  • Return shipping costs are for your own account.
  • Original delivery fees unfortunately cannot be refunded.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

  • Only regular-priced products are eligible for a refund.
  • Sale or promotional items are not refundable.
  • To qualify, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

EXCHANGES

  • We are unable to offer exchanges for non-defective items at this time.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

  • We’re truly sorry if your product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
    Please contact our customer care team within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Send your order number, a photo of the item, and a short description of the issue.
  • Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

  2. Return Your Item
    Ship the item to our registered physical address at your own expense. Kindly ensure the product is safely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
  3. Refund Process
    Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund for the full purchase amount (excluding original shipping costs) for eligible products.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 working days after we receive your return.
  • Please ensure proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is included with your return.
  • We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
  • Vitant reserves the right to decline a return if the product does not meet the above conditions.
